The 'Rural Romp' returns to Wellington County this weekend.
The 11th Annual Taste Real Fall Rural Romp will be held Saturday.
The trail leads people through southern Wellington County and Guelph to 14 spots including farms, a distillery and an agricultural research centre. Organizers say the goal of the event is an opportunity to get to know some local farmers and food entrepreneurs and to get a peak behind the scenes.
That's done by trying samples of various foods and feeding animals.
There is a downloadble map for the 'Rural Romp' at tastereal.ca. The event does not cost anything.
