The Royal Bank of Canada has announced a $50,000 donation to Careers on the Grow, supporting 4H youth in agriculture. According to a release, this sponsorship will create opportunities for young people to gain first-hand. The funds will help Careers on the Grow address the skills and labour gap in the agriculture industry. The program hopes to take a step in unlocking the potential of young people in Canadian Agriculture by addressing three critical gaps: experience, skills and networking.
