Soybean Oil May Prevent Heart Disease, According To USFDA

A recent US Food & Drug Administration ruling on soybean oil is good news for soybean producers across North America.
The FDA says people that consume soybean oil are less likely to experience coronary heart disease, which is currently the 2nd-leading cause of death in Canada, claiming more than 33-thousand lives per year.
Health Canada has yet to update their stance on the oil. Stateside, this is big news in a country where heart disease killed 365,000 Americans in 2014.
The FDA suggest eating approximately 1.5 tablespoons of soybean oil daily may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
