Farm And Food Conference This Month

Tickets are still available for Farm & Food Care’s Annual Conference and Speakers’ Program.

It's being held Thursday, April 13 at the Royal Botanical Gardens, in Burlington.

Highlights include:

The politics of food: Feeding nine billion presented by Dr. Evan Fraser, University of Guelph.

Ask the millennials: A consumer panel discussion on issues related to food and farming, as seen through the perspective of university student leaders moderated by Andrew Campbell, Fresh Air Farmer.

The day will also feature highlights of Farm & Food Care’s 2016 activities and presentation of the Annual Champion Award.

Tickets are $100 for Ontario farmers; $150 for industry/academia and government.
