Since 1984, the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program has given men and women to opportunity to develop into executives in the agriculture and agri-food sectors.
Recruiting is already underway for next year.
The first step for those interested is an on-line application form which consists of 27 long and short-form questions.
The program is presented by the Rural Ontario Institute and currently has more than 450 graduates working in the industry both here and abroad.
Over the 19-month program, participants will be taught about leadership and organizational development as well as economics, trade policies and industry issues.
ROI says more can be found at www.ruralontarioinstitute.ca/aalp.
Applications for entrance to the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program will be taken until March 17th. They'll then be reviewed by a selection committee.
