A-G-I says the Mitchell team will continue to be led by Todd and Stephen Mitchell.
Ag Growth International makes portable and stationary grain handling, storage and conditioning equipment.
It has manufacturing facilities in Canada, the U-S, Italy, Brazil and the U-K.
