The Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association is accepting applications for this year's Species At Risk Farm Incentive Program.
The program helps pay for on-farm projects that implement a variety of Best Management Practices.
Eligible BMPs include activities around croplands, grasslands, shorelines, stream banks, wetlands and woodlands.
The cost-share ranges from 50 to 75 per cent, depending on the project.
Funding for the program is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until it runs out.
Projects started on or after April 1st of this year may be eligible.
All the details for the 2016 Species At Risk Farm Incentive Program are on the OSCIA website.
