Corn acreage is expected to be the same as last year, weather permitting.
Soybean acreage is expected to be down.
Small seeded edible bean acres will likely be down 10 per cent while large seeded bean acreage will be closer to average.
The OMAFRA team suggests 2016 will be a more normal year overall the region in terms of crop acreage.
