Chesley Agri Fair's 33rd Annual Event Underway

The 33 annual Chesley Agri Fair is on this week.

About 100 exhibitors are on hand showing all kinds of farm related goods and services.. everything from equipment and machinery to insurance coverage.

Tom Slumskie of Chesley's Slumskie Brothers Contracting has a booth. He says they get about 60 per cent of their business at the fair. He adds it's not only good for business, it's a nice way to see friends and neighbours.

The Agri Fair's put on by the Chesley Kinsmen at the Chesley Community Centre. It runs today from 4PM to 9PM. Admission is ten dollars and that includes a meal. Children under 12 are free.
