The USDA says 69 per cent of the corn is good to excellent - same as last week - 7 points behind last year.

Soybeans are 62 per cent good to excellent - down a point from last week - 10 points behind last year.

The the U-S spring wheat crop is 71 per cent good to excellent - up a point from last week and from last year at this time.
