Animals Can Sense Conflict

The president of Agcareers.com says that in order to run a successful livestock operation, you need to find a balance between employees who are good with animals and people.

Eric Spell explains that the animals can sense conflict in the barn, and they will perform accordingly.

Spell says that managers need to make sure that the staff is adequately led, motivated and given proper direction and leadership.

He adds that if there is a good working environment, more often than not the animals will perform.
