Law Enforcement Torch Run returns to Windsor-Essex Wednesday

Windsor-Essex residents will have a chance to cheer on law enforcement on Wednesday as they raise money for Special Olympics Ontario.

And if you're able, a donation to support the cause would be greatly appreciated."
